At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return policy on hardware products to ensure you have the right tools for your sound. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return or exchange your gear.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
